PROJECT DEEP DIVE: EMBRACING THE CREATIVE GLITCH

This project was a deliberate experiment in creative chaos. Instead of prompting for perfect images, we did the opposite: we intentionally fed Midjourney flawed prompts to generate „broken“ stills.

The source material was beautifully flawed: people with three legs, characters juggling other characters, impossible physics, and figures floating over the city.

We then fed these surreal, glitched stills into Runway. The creative question was: How would the AI try to ‚fix‘ these logical errors when animating them?

The answer is this film. Runway didn’t fix the glitches; it animated them. It created a unique, surreal, and fluid motion that would be impossible to keyframe by hand. This „glitch-as-feature“ workflow is the core of the video’s aesthetic.

It’s a perfect showcase of our process: finding creative opportunity in the „mistakes“ of generative AI and turning them into a distinct visual style.
